A NOTE FROM MARCUS

Why we made this free.

My mom, Tiina, helps care for my grandma, Ema. She’s the person who checks in and helps her stay connected. I named our app after my mom.

Caring for someone you love can be hard. Some days, it can feel like you’re figuring it all out on your own. You deserve a little help, too.

That’s why we made this guide, these sheets, and the helpful emails free. If they make even one part of your day a little easier, it’s an honor to help. They’re yours to use and share. You never need to buy the app to use them.

A FEW QUICK ANSWERS

Good to know.

Is the whole kit really free?

Yes. You get the full 72-page guide and all 22 printable fill-in sheets. There is no payment and no card to enter. Keep them, print them, and share them with someone helping you.

What will you send me?

First, confirm your email address. Then you’ll get one email with the full guide and all 22 sheets. You can download them on the page after you confirm, too.

If you choose the step-by-step emails, your kit email is the first of 12 short emails over four weeks. Each care task links to the printable to use. After that, we’ll send occasional Tiina tips, app news and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Can I get one printable at a time?

Yes. The step-by-step emails link to the page for that day’s task, so you don’t have to search the bundle. Some days help you use a page again or find the full kit. You still get all 22 sheets right away with your kit.

Do I need to buy the Tiina app?

No. The guide, sheets, and simple steps work on their own. The emails include a short P.S. about Tiina and a download link. Tiina is a paid app, but using it is your choice.

Can I use it on my phone or print it?

Yes. Read the guide on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can type in the guide’s forms using a PDF app that supports forms. The 22 separate sheets are fillable, too. Use Save As to keep what you type, then reopen the file to check it. You can also print them and fill them in by hand.

Is this just for people caring for a parent?

No. It can also help if you care for a partner, relative, or older friend. Use the pages that fit your life, whether you live together or help from far away.
