This short summary is for convenience only. The full Terms below control.
1. Who we are and what Tiina is
Tiina (also known as Tiina.ai) is an AI companion operated by Dignable LLC ("Dignable," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service includes our websites, mobile applications, and any other channels we make available (for example, web, SMS, or voice), collectively the "Service".
Tiina provides AI-generated responses intended to help with everyday tasks such as understanding documents, spotting potential scams, and having supportive conversation. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
Tiina is not:
A doctor, nurse, or other medical professional
A therapist, counselor, or mental health provider
A lawyer or financial advisor
An emergency service
A substitute for professional advice of any kind
Tiina can make mistakes. Do not rely on Tiina for decisions that could result in harm or significant loss. Always use your judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
AI disclosure and reminders: Tiina is AI, not human. We provide a notice at the start of interactions that Tiina is AI (not a human), and may provide periodic reminders during extended use, including as required by applicable law (for example, encouraging you to take a break).
Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Account setup may be assisted by a family member or caregiver, but each account is intended for a single end user. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
3. Changes, availability, and beta features
Geographic availability: The Service is controlled and operated from the United States and is intended for use by users located in the United States. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in other locations, and access from other jurisdictions is at your own initiative.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Some features may be offered as beta or experimental features and may change or be removed.
4. The Service and acceptable use
Fair use and usage limits
Tiina is intended for personal, conversational use by a single end user. To prevent abuse and maintain service quality and cost sustainability for all subscribers, we enforce reasonable daily and monthly usage limits on each account. These limits are designed to accommodate normal personal use and are subject to change without notice. We do not publish exact thresholds.
If your usage approaches a limit, responses may become more concise or the conversation may end gracefully until the next reset window (daily limits reset overnight; monthly limits reset at your billing cycle anniversary). Heavy, automated, or commercial-grade use that materially exceeds typical personal patterns may also result in reduced response quality, paused conversations, or account suspension. Emergency safety flows (for example, 988 or 911 routing) are never limited.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any law or regulation.
Use the Service to commit fraud, deceive others, or facilitate scams.
Request or provide instructions to cause harm to yourself or others, or to damage property.
Upload, share, or use content that infringes or violates the rights of others (including privacy, publicity, copyright, or other intellectual property rights).
Upload personal information about someone else unless you have their permission and the right to share it.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls of the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service except as expressly permitted.
Use the Service to develop or train competing products in a way that violates these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect users, the Service, or others.
5. Your content and permissions
You may provide content through the Service, including text, voice, images, and documents ("User Content"). You retain any rights you have in your User Content.
License to operate and improve the Service: You grant Dignable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and create derivative works from your User Content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service, including for quality assurance, safety, security, and training and evaluation of our models and systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide User Content to the Service, including any content that includes personal information about others.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Certain features (including personalization and recall) depend on the Service’s memory feature. The Service requires memories to function. If you delete some or all memories, Tiina may provide a less personalized experience, and some features may not work as intended.
6.5 Advertising and sponsored content
The Service is partially supported by advertising. We may display advertisements and may include sponsored audio messages ("sponsored content") within the app at any subscription tier, including before voice conversations begin and in non‑conversation surfaces such as settings, account, and memory views. The frequency and presence of advertisements may vary by tier; paid tiers may receive fewer or no advertisements at our discretion.
Sponsored audio is clearly distinguished from Tiina's own statements (for example, with introductions such as "this conversation is brought to you by [advertiser]") and is delivered in a different voice than Tiina herself. Tiina does not endorse the products or services of advertisers, and you should not treat sponsored content as Tiina's recommendation.
We curate advertisers and reserve the right to refuse advertisements that we consider inappropriate for our user base. We do not share personally identifiable information (including your name, phone, email, voice recordings, conversation transcripts, photos, uploaded documents, or memory contents) with in‑app advertising partners. See our Privacy Policy, Section 5.E, for full details.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that the Service may include advertising and that the advertising experience may evolve over time. You can reduce or eliminate in‑app advertisements by upgrading your subscription tier.
7. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
The Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription options, pricing, and trial periods may change over time and may vary by platform.
Free trials
We may offer free trials at our discretion. A free trial gives you a limited allotment of Tiina talk time to use during a limited trial window. The length of the trial window is shown when you subscribe (for example, 7 days). The window is a maximum, not a guarantee of usage: your trial ends when you use up your trial allotment or when the trial window ends, whichever comes first. The size of the trial allotment, and any daily limits within the trial, are set by us, are not fixed, and may change from time to time. The app will let you know when you have reached a trial limit, and you can subscribe at any time to continue using Tiina.
Free trials are limited to one per person. We may use reasonable verification signals (such as your phone number, your device, or your payment account) to enforce this limit, and we may decline or withdraw a trial where we reasonably suspect misuse. Trial availability, allotments, windows, and eligibility requirements may change or be discontinued at any time; changes will not reduce a trial you have already started.
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial, your subscription converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up, and your payment method is charged by the applicable platform or payment provider. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged (see Cancellation and refunds below).
Auto-renewal
If you start a subscription (including a free trial), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method according to the subscription terms presented at purchase.
Web billing

's use of your information is governed by the Privacy Policy. By subscribing on the web, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the rate and frequency shown at checkout.

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Refunds for paid periods are handled by the applicable platform or payment provider and subject to their policies, unless required by law.
8. Communications and SMS (if available)
We may text a verification code to the phone number you provide when you sign in. Separately, if you opt in to transactional SMS from Tiina, we may send install links and account or subscription notifications. SMS consent is not required to buy or use Tiina. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per subscription event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
9. Safety and emergencies
Tiina is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call your local emergency number.
If you are in the United States and are experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or local crisis resources.

14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the Service, users, or others.
