What is Call Donna?

Donna is an AI phone service that calls your parent for chats and reminders on a schedule you set. Your parent can also call Donna. It is free during its beta test, with no end date listed.

Donna is a service your parent talks to over the phone. Tiina adds a useful step: your parent can share a photo during the chat. When small print is hard to read, they can show the page instead of trying to say each word.

Tiina also puts reminders on their phone screen when alerts are on. Donna reads reminders during calls. With Tiina, your parent can see the reminder when it is due.

Questions about Call Donna

Is Call Donna free?

Donna is free in beta, and its site does not say when that offer ends. It lists $19 a month as a future price (October 28, 2026). Tiina costs $9.99 a month after 7 free days.

How does the Donna app work?

Family members use Donna’s iPhone app to set the call times and reminders. Your parent answers Donna’s calls on their own phone. The app gives family a way to manage the schedule.

Can my parent call Donna themselves?

Yes. Your parent can call Donna as well as answer scheduled calls. The family sets up the account in Donna’s app.

Can family read what was said to Donna?

Donna shares notes about calls with family if your parent agrees. Tiina keeps your parent’s chats private from family. Paying for Tiina as a gift does not give you access to their chats.
