Loved is a family care app with an AI voice called Claire. The Premium plan includes her phone calls; the free plan has family tools. Your parent can call Claire or get calls at set times.

Give your parent help without a family report

Loved offers phone chats with Claire. It sends notes to family if your parent agrees. Tiina keeps your parent’s chats private from family. She can also help read a photo of a page they choose to show.

Your parent can ask how to use their phone or what a letter means. You do not get a report about the chat. Tiina also costs less each month than Loved Premium.

What does Loved share with the family?

If your parent agrees, Loved shares call notes, mood trends and alerts with the family group. Tiina keeps your parent’s chats private from family. They choose what to share with you.

Who is Claire in the Loved app?

Claire is Loved’s AI voice for phone chats. She is not a person. Loved is made by Kindable; it is a different app from other services with similar names.

Can my parent call Claire?

Yes. Loved Premium lets your parent call Claire as well as receive scheduled calls. The free family tools do not include Claire’s calls.
